The Protect Conference 2022, a prominent event in the cyber policing calendar, took place at the Grand De Vere Hotel in London. The conference brought together industry professionals from various sectors to discuss and explore the latest advancements and strategies in the cybersecurity world.
Among the presenters was Pervade’s Senior Software Engineer Jessica Wain. Jessica had the opportunity to present Police CyberAlarm, powered by Pervade Software, alongside the National Coordinator of Police CyberAlarm Ian Hickling. Police protect officers are one of the biggest user groups for Police CyberAlarm and Jessica and Ian used this presentation opportunity to demonstrate some of the more advanced ways to use the system and to collect feedback from the users.
Attending the Protect Conference and presenting on the work achieved with Police CyberAlarm proved to be a remarkable experience for Jessica as it allowed her to showcase her expertise and show how she is dedicated to mitigating cyber risks and keeping organisations safe.
